Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination of your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies, except where we are required to retain it by law.
